- During my 30 year career, I was Undersheriff, Warden and Deputy Warden at the Passaic County Sheriff’s Department. I managed the budget and operations efficiently and effectively. I am determined to develop a culture in the department that is guided by honorable values such as:
• Integrity
• Respect
• Duty
In 2010, I will officially become a candidate for Passaic County Sheriff. I am prepared and have a plan for the future. My administration will focus on the follwing priorities:
• Maximizing existing resources
• Placing the right services in the right places
• Eliminating wasteful spending
Integrity will be the foundation of our culture at the Sheriff’s Department. We will strengthen our unity, continuity and the ability to get the job done more efficiently. Transparency will reflect our willingness to share ideas and plans with communities we serve. We are undertaking an ambitious campaign to change, but one that is absolutely necessary to meet the urgent demands for responsible government. In 2010, the citizens of Passaic County have the opportunity to make this a reality.

The "Countdown to Victory" at the Sushi Lounge was a tremendous success as the clock ticks away towards November 2. I was thrilled to be joined by about 300 supporters on Tuesday night as I had the opportunity to speak one on one about the issues. The place was packed with energy that reflects the excitement of this campaign. I want to thank my staff for a wonderful job and for all my supporters that participated.
